About Meg.

Margarett L. Prestidge, better known as Meg Prestidge, has been practicing law for more than 25 years, concentrating her practice in oil and gas, real estate, estate planning, probates, contracts, and environmental law. She is part of a proud family tradition of attorneys, serving as a member of her family’s legal enterprise founded by her father’s side of the family. Meg earned her law degree from OCU Law. Prior to opening her own firm, Meg honed her skills within the land department of two Fortune 500 oil and gas companies and served as Vice President of Land & Legal of an independent oil and gas operator. Meg’s extensive experience and practical approach have made her a trusted advisor to individuals, landowners, and businesses facing complex transactional and regulatory issues. She is known for her ability to simplify challenging legal matters and for her unwavering dedication to her clients’ long-term success.

Beyond her legal career, Meg’s life is deeply rooted in family and community. She is the wife of Ty Prestidge, a well-known offensive-minded football coach in Oklahoma, and she enjoys supporting his career from the sidelines. Together, they have three sons—Clif, Casey, and Cole—each married to wonderful women. Meg treasures her role as a grandmother to eight grandchildren, finding joy and inspiration in her growing family. Meg also comes from a lineage of noteworthy figures. Her brother was country music legend Joe Diffie, and her younger sister, Monica Stiles, is a successful realtor in the Nashville area. Her great-grandfather, William Diffie, once served in the Texas Senate. While Meg chose a different path, focusing her career on transactional and real estate matters, her family’s legacy of leadership, service, and achievement continues to inspire her work.
